Fensta

Originally from Fribourg, Fensta is a powerful Swiss trio inspired by rap and rock. After being formed in 2015 by singer Julien Vonlanthen (known most often as the singer and producer "Zeela"), the group is known for its original style that contains as much alternative music as pop ballads. Although the band only formed recently, Fensta has massively respected musicians who hail from different horizons.

They include Fred Vonlanthen on bass (and guitarist with Alain Morisod - more that 2000 concerts to date) and Nathan Gros (No Way To Escape, Hubris) on drums, the band is the result of a shared desire to produce simple and well performed music that brings together a hugely diverse fan-base.

Fensta's influences include groups like RATM, Royal Blood and even AC/DC.
Their songs are a mix of hip-hop groove, powerful bass riffs and sharp rap vocals. 2016 saw the creation of their first major opus "Apocalipstick", the result of "La Fonderie" and "Redboogie" studios.
This 11-track album was launched on 3 February 2017 in the mythical venue of "Ebullition".
In October 2016, their rock video "School Drop Out" was filmed in a skate park from their home town of Fribourg, featuring many street artists and people who'd come to watch a live concert in the middle of a skate park.
