The Festival

A unique event in Europe, Rock the Pistes has been rocking the summits for over 12 years! Every year at the end of March, the 12 resorts in the Portes du Soleil are transformed into a huge open-air stage, accessible only to skiers with lift passes. On the programme: a week of live concerts right on the slopes, in a magnificent setting between France and Switzerland.

Imagine hurtling down the slopes under the sun before joining a concert at 1pm, right in the middle of the mountains… That’s the Rock the Pistes experience! Every day, French and international artists will be blowing a breath of fresh air over the peaks: Chinese Man, Keziah Jones, Babyshambles, Shaka Ponk, Selah Sue, Caravan Palace, Skip the Use, Ben l’Oncle Soul, Cali, IAM, Rag’n Bone Man… Thrills, snow sports and music come together for a totally unusual festival. #WeRockThePistes
